Ok, now here’s a scare… you’d better sit down. There are LESS THAN 120 DAYS TO CHRISTMAS as we write this letter!   So it’s time to get the notepad and start making your TO DO list – and don’t forget to check it twice!

Firstly, some ‘goings on’ at Melann’s.   We are very sad to say goodbye to our wonderful Miriam, but thrilled to know she is going to have a baby. Imagine the gorgeous baby clothes!   We’re sure you will join us in wishing her the best in her new home in the Clare Valley.   We’re also thrilled to welcome LORRAINE GILL back to the team – her talents are most appreciated.

Back to the Christmas list.   The first item should be a booking for our latest creative event ‘HATCHED IN AFRICA (Trunk Show on Safari)’. Every sewing enthusiast will want to attend on Monday September 7 to be inspired by this amazing talent.   The show will be held between 12.30 and 4.30 pm and the Sfera’s venue offers easy parking and lovely park views. Be sure to book early – it really will be fantastic!

Next on your list must be this new release from Sue Box Creations – “Zoo Babies by Sue Box” .   The CD contains 39 designs and still only $99!

Add our upcoming Christmas project workshops… you can make an Advent Calendar, a stocking, a wreath or some fabulous decorations that will become family heirlooms.

You’ll want to book into all of the workshops when you see the superb Christmas fabrics arriving now!

The Craft and Quilt Show is coming up from November 5th to 8th.   We always look forward to seeing everyone there – remember to make a point of saying ‘G’Day’ to us on the Pfaff Stand.
