Wouldn’t it be great to have All Things Quilting all in one place?
A place to find a Quilt Shop near you, A local Quilt Group, maybe a Workshop or Quilt Show? What about a Quilting Retreat (we all need those from time to time), or perhaps you’d like a Quilt Shop-Til-You-Drop?
It’s all here in All Things Quilting!
Dear Fellow Quilter,
If you’re an obsessed quilter (hobby just doesn’t cover it) like me, then you will agree with me that it’s about time we had all our Australian Quilt Shops, Groups, Workshops, Retreats, Shows and anything else we can possibly think of, all in one place, easy to find, any time we want to.
Have you tried looking for Quilt Shops in the phone book? Hard to find aren’t they, and when you do manage to track some down, the listing isn’t necessarily up to date.
What about on the internet, tried looking there? You either get a heap of overseas websites that really aren’t any good for us, or you get lots of those directories – you know the ones that don’t give any information, aren’t up to date, and usually aren’t relevant either! I know last time I searched for Quilt Shops on the internet I got a carpet and rug shop on the front page of Google (??) and a whole lot of nothing terribly interesting to go with it!
It’s about time that was all fixed!
All Things Quilting is a comprehensive listing of Australian…
Quilt Shops – yes all of them, and of course this listing will be kept up to date! Quilt Shops will have their own Web Pages to let you know about their workshops, specials, new products and anything else quilters may be interested in.
Quilt Groups – every Quilt Group we can find will be here. Non-profit Quilt Groups will have their own FREE web page. Here they can keep members up to date with events, workshops, retreats and anything else going on. Quilt Groups can also use their free web page to advertise raffles and even look or new members! If you are a member of a non-profit Quilt Group, please contact me so we can get you set up with your new FREE web page right here in All Things Quilting!
Quilt Shows – big and small! That’s right, quilters will now have somewhere to advertise their quilt shows. These will range from the fabulous Quilt & Craft Fairs right through to the local quilt groups. So whether your quilt show is being organised in a HUGE way, or a smaller, more intimate occasion – please email or phone us and we will add it to our pages.
Quilt Workshops – all varieties of workshops will be found here! Shops, Groups and Teachers will all be able to list their workshops at All Things Quilting. Again, if you are organising a quilting workshop and would like to let others know about it, drop us a line or give us a call and we’ll get the word out for you.
Quilt Retreats – Wanna get away (well really who doesn’t at some time hehe), now you’ll be able to find local and even not so local retreats – large and small. If you have spaces available in your up-coming quilt retreat, give us the details and we’ll enter the information on All Things Quilting for you.
Quilt Shop-Til-You-Drop – yes the ultimate in stash building, the shop-til-you-drop! Now it’s even easier to organise with our Quilt Shop-Til-You-Drop Trip Planner!
